We have invited Jake, one of the Co-Founders of Crop to Cup Coffee to come and explain a few things about their delicious coffee. He will be talking about coffee’s supply / value chain, as well as the meaning of traditional certifications and what the mean for the consumer and the farmer. He will also touch on the ideas of estates, plantations, and family farms.
